Crew Leader

Description The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here. Job Summary The Mowing Crew Lead/Equipment Operator, Lead provides leadership in maintaining the grounds of golf courses by performing some or all of the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Mow turf areas using various-sized power mowers Operate a towed-behind gas-powered blower Pick up leaves, trash, and cut grass and place onto a truck or trailer

Education and Experience:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to report for daily work at different job sites within the region to perform required tasks

Physical Demands/Requirements:

Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting

Work Environment:

Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic Work near or about natural bodies of water Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer. Compensation Pay Range:

$20+/hour depending on experience BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
