This role is vital in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about vehicle care and customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness of our vehicles, while providing excellent service to team members and clients alike. Duties Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and tracking Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met Oversee vehicle cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting to maintain high standards of appearance Coordinate car washes and custodial services for all fleet vehicles Conduct minor repairs or arrange for maintenance with approved vendors Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on schedule Provide exceptional customer service by assisting team members with vehicle needs and inquiries Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and inspection reports Support janitorial tasks related to fleet vehicles to ensure cleanliness and professionalism Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors Experience in car wash services, detailing, buffing, and window tinting preferred Knowledge of custodial or janitorial practices related to vehicle care Valid driving license with a clean driving record; experience in driving various types of vehicles is essential Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or troubleshooting issues Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and inspections efficiently Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Fleet Specialist and become a key player in keeping our fleet running smoothly!
