This position is with a growing drilling and foundation contractor, offering day to day responsibility and a clear progression path for someone ready to step up. You'll be trusted to keep work moving, support the Superintendent, and lead from the front. The business is built around strong, non-negotiable values: Safety, Quality, and Professionalism. The Role:
On-site Crew Lead role supporting drilling/foundation projects in the Columbus area Lead daily plans, safety expectations, productivity goals, and jobsite standards Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The Person:
Proven ability to lead crews on a jobsite Strong safety leadership with the confidence to stop work when unsafe OSHA certification (or willing/able to obtain and maintain OSHA 30)
