Compensation:

$28 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a tree care crew performing pruning, preservation, and removal work Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with company and industry standards Provide hands-on training, feedback, and mentorship to crew members Ensure work quality meets company standards and arboricultural best practices

Qualifications:
