This is a full-time position with steady work . If you take pride in clean work, show up on time, and know how to keep a job moving—this is a solid long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Lead residential painting projects (interior, exterior, cabinets) Manage 1-2 painters on site Keep jobs on schedule and running efficiently Ensure clean, high-quality finishes What We Expect You can cut straight lines and produce clean work You understand proper prep (sanding, caulking, patching) You can manage time and keep a job moving You communicate well with homeowners You show up every day ready to work If you're unreliable, slow, or sloppy—this will not be a fit.
