Job Description

Landscape Enhancement Crew LeaderTop Pay Leadership Opportunity Growing Company The Eckliff Group is actively hiring an experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to help lead installation and property improvement projects throughout Northeast Ohio. We are looking for dependable leaders who can run projects efficiently, maintain quality standards, and help build a strong team culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside enhancement crew members daily Install mulch, shrubs, plants, grading, drainage, cleanups, and landscape improvements Operate equipment safely and efficiently Manage daily production and job quality Communicate professionally with management and clients Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently Load/unload materials and maintain equipment
Experience Preferred:
Landscape enhancements or construction experience Crew leadership experience Skid steer/equipment experience a plus Experience pulling trailers preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Strong work ethic and reliability are required
