CREW RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide unparalleled customer service to our clients Execute residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes. Utilize hand tools and equipment for surface preparation•Scraping, Sanding, Priming Apply paint using various techniques•Brushing, Rolling, Spraying Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Set up and clean up painting tools, materials, ladders, drop cloths, and job sites Load and unload materials from company vehicles Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and occasionally homeowner

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or home improvement Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment for painting Familiarity with construction site practices Reliable transportation and ability to directly report to the job site Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctuality and consistent attendance•must be dependable and show up ready to work Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor•including standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
