Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape crew members to complete daily tasks related to landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and construction projects Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion Perform landscape maintenance activities including pruning, planting, mulching, irrigation system installation and repair, and general garden care Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments in accordance with safety standards Maintain equipment and tools related to landscaping and construction; ensure proper use and safety procedures are followed Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Train team members on best practices in horticulture, irrigation systems, safety protocols, and maintenance techniques Experience Proven supervising experience leading a landscaping or groundskeeping crew Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture practices Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as paving or hardscaping Familiarity with tree care techniques and safety procedures for working around trees Experience with irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively and ensure safety compliance Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
