Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crew Leader, Landscape to lead and inspire our outdoor maintenance teams. In this role, you will oversee landscape and groundskeeping projects, ensuring high-quality execution across lawn care, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and overall grounds maintenance. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse landscaping tasks while fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere. Duties Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping operations Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal landscape health Identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor work quality to meet project deadlines Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all outdoor work activities Experience Proven supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and horticulture principles Hands-on experience with irrigation management and hardscaping construction projects Ability to identify plants, trees, and landscape materials accurately Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with familiarity operating groundskeeping equipment Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive on leading teams to deliver outstanding landscape results. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
