Job Description

Premier Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman to lead our landscape construction and weekly property maintenance crews. This is a hands-on leadership position that includes supervising multiple crews, coordinating daily schedules, communicating with management and customers, and performing landscape labor when needed. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who takes pride in producing high-quality work, keeping crews organized, and helping the company grow. Primary Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction and weekly maintenance crews Communicate daily assignments, schedules, expectations, and job-site changes to multiple crews Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and job-site needs Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to Premier Contracting's quality standards Train, motivate, and hold crew members accountable Perform hands-on landscape and construction labor as needed Inspect completed work and address quality-control concerns Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, vendors, and company management Assist with estimating, identifying additional work, and increasing company sales Help recruit, interview, hire, and retain highly qualified laborers Track crew hours, materials, job progress, and equipment usage Maintain clean, safe, and organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites Preferred/Required Qualifications Previous experience leading landscaping, construction, or property maintenance crews Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple crews and changing schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to work alongside diverse crew members Knowledge of landscape construction, grading, drainage, planting, lawn installation, property maintenance, and equipment operation Ability to read job scopes and complete projects according to specifications Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record(required) Ability to operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, and landscaping equipment Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, communicate effectively across multiple crews, build a positive team environment, and help Premier Contracting continue to grow.
