Transportation Account Supervisor | $65000.00 per year Description Account Supervisor
Boardman, OH Salary Range:
$65,000 per year Full Time Responsible for managing all operational execution, customer service, driver management, on-time delivery, and problem resolution In charge of route planning, staffing levels/ freight volume forecasting and equipment availability Work with drivers, customers, corporate office and other account dispatch teams Directly involved with daily workflow including route assignments Proactively monitor and address service levels in a timely manner Manage communication with the customer, delivery, drivers, and Aim support personnel
