Job Description
We're hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Oregon Maintenance Division , supporting our Central team . This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused. If you are someone who enjoys leading a crew, working outdoors, and delivering high‑quality commercial landscape maintenance this might be the role for you. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, clean‑ups, and irrigation checks Train crew members on proper techniques, safety, and equipment use Safely operate and transport company vehicles, trailers, and equipment Communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed Complete daily paperwork including timecards and work orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience leading crew Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently and perform physically demanding outdoor work Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Why Join Us Stable work with a growing maintenance division Supportive leadership and clear expectations Opportunity for growth within our Oregon operations We are a drug‑free workplace.
