HOW YOU'LL TAKE THE LEAD

We're hiring a skilled and motivated Painting Crew Leader to take charge of high-end residential painting projects from start to finish. In this full-time role, you'll manage a small team and lead one job at a time-no site-hopping or distractions. You'll be the point person for everything on-site, from overseeing the quality of the work and ensuring safety, to maintaining the schedule and budget. You'll also serve as the primary contact for the client throughout the project, keeping them informed, addressing concerns, and making sure they're thrilled with the final result. You'll upload progress photos, track team hours, keep the site clean and organized, and ensure each project wraps up smoothly with satisfied customers and a final payment in hand.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE HAS

5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience 3+ years of leadership or crew management Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work at heights (up to 40 ft) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in the Portland, Oregon metro area Smartphone with data plan We're looking for a Painting Crew Lead who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates clearly, and maintains a calm, solutions-focused mindset. You should be detail-oriented, lead by example, and consistently deliver smooth finishes and clean job sites-while building trust with clients and guiding your crew with confidence.
