•Wage based on Experience. Get paid when you need it - daily, weekly or biweekly! What you'll be responsible for: Supervises staff, including coaching and all disciplinary action. Assigns specific job sites and enforces proper parking assignments. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and ensures that operations run smoothly and properly. Oversees public relation issues (such as inquiries and solving problems) with guests. Records employee attendance and tracks attendance according to company policy.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely and cautiously, follow directions and have excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact verbally and in writing with people of diverse backgrounds. Must have a valid driver's license and must obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL), Class C or above, with passenger endorsement within 14 days of employment. Must have a safe driving record and must be able to meet company insurance requirements. Indoor and outdoor environment consisting of extended periods of standing and walking. Candidate will be exposed to extreme weather conditions as well as exhaust fumes. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours to accommodate business needs. Smoking environment. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
