As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing and participating in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, leading a crew, and ensuring that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets company quality standards Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for hardscape installation Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion Communicate effectively with clients and team members as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project Qualifications Experience in hardscape installation or related construction work Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to read and interpret project plans Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions Effective communication and problem-solving skills Offered compensation: $24/hr - $30/hr Experience and License Requirements Hardscape Experience Legal to work in US Team Leader Experience Valid drivers license
