Job Description

Position Summary Yardmaster, LLC is seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Leader to lead our maintenance crews on commercial properties. As the primary on-site leader, you will oversee daily operations to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews on assigned routes and properties.
Field Operations:
Perform and oversee core services including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
Project Management:
Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity to meet contract specifications.
Safety & Equipment:
Ensure the safe operation of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment while maintaining a professional job site.
Mentorship:
Train and support crew members to improve their technical skills and overall performance.
Communication:
Maintain regular contact with the Production Manager regarding progress, staffing, and customer concerns.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience. Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role is preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of turf care, plant materials, and pruning techniques.
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to read and follow job schedules. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs . Comfortable working long hours outdoors in various weather conditions. Capability to operate equipment safely on uneven terrain
Job Type:

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
