Full-time The Spayd's Company is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional with a strong background in all aspects of landscaping and proven leadership in the field. The Senior Landscape Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a crew, managing daily job site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safety and efficiency on every project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crew members on a daily basis Perform and oversee all aspects of landscaping, including planting, mulching, pruning, edging, bed maintenance, and general property upkeep Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently Read and execute job assignments according to company standards and client expectations Train crew members in proper landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use Monitor job quality and ensure work is completed on time and to specification Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of field experience in landscaping Strong knowledge of all aspects of landscaping Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to lead by example and motivate a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely Valid driver's license preferred [or required, if applicable] Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Valid Pa Drivers License Preferred Skills Knowledge of plant materials and proper maintenance practices Experience with landscape installation and enhancement projects Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience - highest in the industry!
