HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Well established full service landscape company in need of an experienced Landscape maintenance crew leader. Minimum of 2 year's supervisory and 3 years overall landscape maintenance experience required.
Position description:
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include operating equipment, pruning, fertilization and weed control. Good time management skills are required. Require minimal supervision while directing a crew of 2-3 employees in a safe manner. Must be able to safely operate a truck and trailer. Strong attention to detail is a requirement. Must be able to train crew members to do their job properly and efficiently. Must make sure jobs are completed in a timely manner and up to the highest standards. Observe and report any issues noticed on properties (insect, disease, irrigation). Required to maintain (check oil, change blades,etc.) basic maintenance of all equipment/ truck/ trailer and report any issues. We are a small business and maintain residential and commercial properties. A valid drivers license and your own transportation to and from work are required. Must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time year round position. Please reply via email with a brief description of skills/qualifications and contact info.
