Erosion control Leading team collaboration initiatives Project leadership Leadership Safety protocol implementation Full Job Description We're looking for a field-proven leader , not a babysitter. If you can run a crew, keep jobs organized, and hold people accountable, we want to talk.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage erosion control crews Read plans and ensure correct installation Manage daily production, materials, and equipment Communicate with inspectors, superintendents, and management Enforce safety, quality, and accountability
Requirements:
Field experience (erosion control or civil construction preferred) MUST have a valid
REAL ID MUST
