This includes planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, training and developing team members. As well as ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Plan job sequencing to ensure team is efficient Assign tasks to team members to be completed in the safest manner Operate the tablet Train and develop team members for quality work Ensure that all work is completed on time and to budget Clean and maintain equipment Maintain accurate records of work completed Adhere to all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills (English) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license with clean driving record Above average performance evaluation score Be recommended by Supervisor and pass qualification test
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Able to lift 50 lbs. (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried, pulled and/or pushed) Able to walk/stand for long periods of time Able to reach, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, squat, crouch and grasp along with repetitive movements may be part of daily job duties Must be able to work in summer and winter climates
Schedule:
10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Thursday plus on call during busy season
