Join our team as a Cleaning Crew Lead and help create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for vacationers visiting the Charleston area. This is more than a 'cleaning' job

• you'll be maintaining, organizing & prepping quality rental beach gear, party games, and baby equipment.

You'll also help oversee cleaning crew members and assist the delivery drivers with loading / unloading the rental gear.

What You'll Do:

Work outside in an active, hands-on environment in diverse weather

• summers are hot here!! Ensure all gear is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized after each use
• so vacationers enjoy clean, high-quality equipment Inspect & maintain gear to ensure it operates properly, safely, and meets our high standards
• protecting both travelers and their children Load & unload company vehicles & trailers safely (ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

) Assist with shop organization & rental gear maintenance Support other team members & management with daily operations Handle additional duties as business needs arise May potentially assist with deliveries when needed

Requirements For The Position:

Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Physical ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs Detail-oriented, reliable & safety-conscious Weekend availability ideal, especially during peak summer season Positive attitude & willingness to learn
