Landscape & Irrigation Crew Leader- Installation Division

Overview Above Par Landscapes is seeking an experienced landscape and irrigation crew leader to lead installation projects for residential and commercial properties. We are a professional landscaping company serving North Augusta, Aiken, Evans and surrounding areas, specializing in landscape installation, irrigation systems, and outdoor beautification. We are a Christian faith-based company committed to serving out clients with integrity, excellence and stewardship in every project we undertake. This position is ideal for someone with real landscape and irrigation installation experience who is ready to lead and work on projects and take pride in their work. Job Responsibilities Lead landscape and irrigation installation projects. Install irrigation systems (zones, pipes, heads, valves and controllers). Install plants, shrubs, trees and landscape materials. Troubleshoot and repair existing irrigation systems. Prepare planting beds and assist with grading and drainage. Supervise and work with 1-2 crew members on job sites. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Qualifications We are looking for someone with hands on experience and who is not afraid to get dirty.

Preferred Experience:

Landscape Installation Irrigation Installation, Troubleshooting and Repairs Operating Landscape Equipment Leading and Training Crew Members Reading Basic Job Layouts or plans

Must Be:

Reliable and Professional Able to Lead by example. Detail Oriented Comfortable working outdoors Valid Drivers License a
