This is a hands-on leadership role requiring experience operating equipment, managing daily field activities, towing trailers, transporting equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, self-motivated, and willing to work alongside their crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on active job sites Operate skid steers, dingos, mini excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently Install silt fence and erosion control devices. Perform seeding, matting, and site stabilization activities Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and company standards Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials to and from job sites Operate company trucks and trailers to transport skid steers, dingos, mini excavators, and other equipment Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and customers Preferred Qualifications Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, dingos, and similar equipment Experience installing silt fence and erosion control measures Crew leadership or supervisory experience Construction, grading, landscaping, utility, or environmental field experience Ability to speak Spanish Requirements Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Experience towing trailers and transporting equipment Ability to safely load, secure, and unload skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment Comfortable driving a truck with a trailer attached in various traffic and job site conditions Must possess a current DOT Medical Card or be able to successfully obtain and maintain a DOT Physical Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer Overtime opportunities Year-round work Opportunities for advancement and career growth Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment
