Job Description

Job Overview Established 44-year-old design/build landscape architectural firm seeks experienced Crew Leaders and Crew Supervisors . We specialize in constructing drainage and irrigation systems, outdoor lighting systems, paver patios and walkways, water features, and all types of landscaping projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of construction crew members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of projects. Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and related equipment safely. Enforce safety protocols on-site to promote a secure working environment for all team members. Requirements Experience in landscape construction in the above areas is a plus. Supervising or crew management experience in outdoor or landscape construction settings. Knowledge of equipment operation, drainage, and irrigation systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; experience with hardscape installation is a plus. Positive attitude; strong work ethic; maturity; good attendance and punctuality record.

Starting pay:
