We provide services to high end residential landscape customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: planting trees and shrubs, mulching, pruning, laying sod, installing drainage, watering, and general clean-up of client properties. Please read detailed job description below.

• The Landscape Crew Leader will manage a team of 2-5 crew members in all landscape installation/maintenance activities such as (but not limited to): Planting trees and shrubs, mulching, pruning, laying sod, installing drainage, watering, and general clean-up of client properties.

A basic knowledge of irrigation system maintenance and lighting is desirable but not mandatory. Willing to train the right candidate. The Crew Leader should be able to execute a landscape design alongside the Landscape Manager, identify common plants, weeds, pests, and beneficial insects, and should be able to identify plant health care issues for follow up. This role will be responsible to work with managers to ensure materials are loaded, equipment is properly maintained, issues on properties are dealt with in a timely manner, and other responsibilities as needed. Exceptional time management, leadership, and communication skills are required to be successful in this role.
