In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, guide a team of skilled landscapers, and ensure high-quality landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural maintenance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of landscape maintenance technicians to complete landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and tree care tasks efficiently and to high standards. Assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Perform hands-on landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, planting, bllowing, irrigation system installation and repair, and general garden upkeep. Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members follow proper procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, horticulture best practices, and maintenance procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to coordinate project timelines and address any issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Prior supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, gardening fundamentals, and general maintenance is essential. Familiarity with construction processes related to landscape projects will be advantageous. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively across diverse teams. Pay:
