Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of tree climbers and ground crew members during various tree trimming, pruning, removal, and landscape maintenance projects Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to industry standards and company policies Coordinate daily job assignments, equipment needs, and project timelines to maximize productivity Perform technical tasks such as climbing trees using ropes and harnesses, operating aerial lifts, and utilizing specialized tools for pruning or removal Conduct site assessments to determine the best approach for tree care or landscaping projects while considering environmental factors Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management to ensure project goals are met efficiently Oversee equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and proper use of tools including chainsaws, pruning shears, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery Experience Proven supervising experience in tree care, landscaping, or related outdoor maintenance fields Hands-on experience with landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or construction projects involving trees or outdoor environments Familiarity with safety protocols related to climbing trees and operating heavy equipment Knowledge of irrigation systems, general land management practices, and horticultural principles is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high safety standards Prior experience in supervising crews performing arboriculture tasks or landscape construction is highly desirable Join us in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces!
