Full job description Southwest Erosion Control, Inc. is searching for dependable and hard-working candidates for Crew Leaders manage and work alongside a small group of erosion control installers to fulfill daily projects. Safely drive a company truck/trailer/materials/equipment to and from project sites. Direct and lead crew to completion of each job and record completed work daily Meet with customers and builders. Operate and maintain construction equip such as street sweepers & skid steers. Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must. CDL holders are encouraged to apply and earn 10 hours of add'l PTO each quarter. Driving and criminal records checks are part of our hiring process, as well as a pre-employment drug screen. We do not hold the first week's pay!
