Located in San Saba- Looking for Driver Supervisor

City and Rural Rides is accepting applications for a full-time Driver Supervisor to work out of our San Saba office. The entry level salary for this exempt position is $3,120.00 per month, benefits include Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Retirement, Sick and Vacation leave, and Holiday pay.

Summary:

Serves as Supervisor to Drivers and Driver Trainers in Mills, Hamilton, and San Saba Counties. The primary function of the Driver Supervisor is to confer with and cooperate with the Transit Manager, General Manager (CEO), Assistant General Manager (CFO), Mobility Managers, and Operations Manager on daily operations, policies, and regulations. Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills and be tactful in their dealings with customers, management, and co-workers. Must be able to utilize discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, have initiative, and the ability to work independently. We must be able to work with customers and clients and communicate and instruct staff with tact.
