Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities, horticulture expertise, and outdoor work skills all while making a tangible impact on our clients' environments. •All team members are subject to random drug testing and must have a valid driver's license.•Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in executing landscape maintenance, planting, hardscape installation projects. Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion. Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools. Identify plants, and weeds with an accurately to guide care or remove of weeds; perform basic horticultural tasks to promote healthy landscapes. Manage company vehicle operation for transportation of crew members and equipment on a trailer between job sites. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape construction. Strong supervising and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide crew members effectively. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and grounds maintenance techniques. Experience with irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and management. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; familiarity with grounds maintenance tools is essential. Construction experience related to outdoor projects such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls is highly desirable. Leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly and efficiently.
