We're looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work alongside your crew while ensuring every property meets our high standards. Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal maintenance Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely Inspect job sites before and after service Ensure work meets company quality standards Train and mentor crew members Monitor safety practices Communicate with management regarding schedules and customer needs Complete timesheets and job documentation accurately
Qualifications:
5+ years of landscape maintenance experience 2+ years leading a crew Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and safety-focused Spanish bilingual is a plus
