Professional Development Assistance Company Events & Outings Requirements:

English speaking, Fluently Bilingual preferred 5+ years of proven related experience in landscaping or hardscaping. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Valid driver's license and ability to drive with a trailer. Non-smoking environment.

Skills & Experience:

Experience reading landscaping plans and designs. Paver installation and rock wall construction. Irrigation installation and backflow systems. Tree and shrub planting with plant identification. Experience with excavators, skid steers, and outdoor kitchens. Fence installation, carpentry for arbors, gazebos, and decks. Outdoor lighting, flagstone, concrete, and water features.

Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project manager to review job sheets and design plans. Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely. Transport materials and items to designated locations. Track materials received or distributed. Report to the project manager and ensure smooth project execution. Drive company vehicles to job sites and production locations.
