Responsibilities Lead a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion. Perform general environmental maintenance activities and extensive physical labor across a variety of weather conditions. Operate and maintain company equipment, including a pick-up truck, trailer, and landscaping tools such as weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, and chainsaws. Maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds by effectively disposing of sediment, trash, and debris. Complete detailed maintenance and inspection reports while accurately tracking crew expenses. Travel regionally approximately 4-5 days per week to support ongoing operational needs. Requirements Proven experience operating basic landscaping equipment. A minimum of two to three years of verifiable, directly related experience is required to qualify for the enhanced compensation tier. Ability to comfortably perform physical labor in a variety of outdoor weather conditions. Willingness to travel regionally, with all travel expenses fully covered by the employer. Possession of a valid driver's license, the ability to drive company vehicles, and insurability under the company's auto policy. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening (including marijuana, as this is a safety-sensitive role operating DOT-regulated vehicles).
