Job Description

The Route and Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the transportation fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe, properly maintained, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role coordinates driver training, route assignments, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and fleet documentation to support efficient and timely mail delivery. In addition, the Route and Fleet Manager maintains accurate fleet and customer records, manages fleet-related inventory and supplies, and helps foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency while delivering reliable transportation services.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday — No weekends or holidays.
