Program Summary KBR's Army PBL program is a comprehensive logistics initiative aimed at enhancing the operational readiness of the U.S. Army while minimizing total ownership costs. Through a performance-based approach, KBR provides maintenance, supply chain management, technical support, training, and documentation services. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance, efficient supply chain operations, and expert technical assistance. By leveraging advanced analytics and monitoring tools, KBR ensures proactive maintenance and optimization of equipment performance. The program's focus on tailored support enhances the reliability, availability, and effectiveness of Army equipment, ultimately contributing to mission success and military readiness. Job Summary Join our dynamic team at KBR, where we're currently hiring a General Foreman, Warehouse to join our order fulfillment team based at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) facility in Anniston, AL. This is a specialized unit within our materials team, you will contribute directly to the material handling workflow for AGT1500 turbine engine overhaul operations. This position is customer-facing and will have direct reports. Collaborate with fellow team members, management, and clients to ensure seamless operations. Roles and Responsibilities Optimize material flow by supervising the continuous stocking of high-use parts directly at the production line, distinguishing requirements according to the production schedule Minimize production bottlenecks by auditing line-side inventory levels daily to prevent stockouts of critical components Monitor staging and delivery of completed component kits via specialized carts, ensuring a seamless flow of materials to the production floor Maintain and improve kitting accuracy by enforcing or performing quality checks before kits are delivered Streamline floor logistics by monitoring kit delivery with real-time mechanic demand and daily production targets, including ordering material and monitoring par levels Data management and support includes cycle counts, kit status, part tracking, receipts, etc. Facilitate team training on SAP and standard operating procedures as needed Follow and enforce Code of Business Conduct, Timekeeping, and Safety Protocols Manage timecard and attendance records for the section, ensuring accurate hours tracking, timely submissions, and prompt reporting of timekeeping summary Collaborate with program reviews to identify, evaluate, and implement continuous improvements within the assigned section. Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent US citizenship Must have a valid social security card, driver's license, and birth certificate Experience with inventory software Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) Logistics/warehousing experience Ability to perform lifting duties as required Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership experience Prior SAP experience Work experience with USG or aerospace contracts Warehouse equipment experience Potential Work Schedule Hours of operations Mon-Thur 06:30am-6:00pm (additional hours from 4:00pm-6:00pm if scheduled to work). Fridays 06:30am - 6:00pm (additional hours from 3:00pm-6:00pm if scheduled to work), and all Saturdays 06:00am-6:00pm (additional hours from 2:30pm-6:00pm if scheduled to work). Subject to change based on contract/client requirements.
