Job Duties:

This position requires that the employee perform all essential duties as assigned by the Operations Manager of Klumb Lumber & Forest Products, Inc.

which shall include the following:

Responsible for the scheduling, organization and directing of employees. Responsible for meeting shipping schedules, picking, and shipping orders accurately. Trains and supervises warehouse employees. Monitors and enforces disciplinary involving personnel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Critical thinking; demonstrates good judgment; good problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail..
