- Job Summary
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a rack maintanence team. Your role will involve supervising team members, ensuring excellent service to our client.
- Duties
- Manage and lead a team of 2-3
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor nightly performance to ensure all goals are met
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Able to lift over 50lbs
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Experience
- Previous experience in installing pallet rack installation
- Proven experience in a leadership or assistant manager role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in supervising and motivating a team
