Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Oxford, AL.The working hours for this role are 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM.Why join us?

• Competitive medical insuranceThe Role In this role you will ensure safe operations of all shipping, receiving & warehouse equipment by all associates and the accuracy of received materials and packing slips from vendors which are processed timely and accurately to eliminate issues that prevent AP from processing payments.

You will ensure safe and accurate delivery of all materials received to designated areas. You will use barcode identification and placement on all raw materials used in production and have accuracy with shipment documentation. You will also be responsible for the accuracy of quantity and identity of parts being shipped.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in company ERP systems
• Proficient in receiving and warehouse management system software using barcodes and scanners
• Proficiency in electronic shipping software, such as OTM, LMS and ARIBA.
• In-depth knowledge of logistic documentation pertaining to shipping & receivingInterested?
