We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and safety-conscious Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience handling heavy inventory, operating forklifts, and keeping a fast-paced warehouse running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Duties Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick, pack, stage, and wrap outgoing HVAC units, parts, and accessories for local delivery

Receiving & Inspection:

Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Perform cycle counts, maintain organized stock locations, and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.

Documentation:

Process shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and manifests

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move heavy materials (units, coils, ductwork).

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with drivers, sales counters, and warehouse management to ensure timely order turnaround.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and a team-first attitude.

Requirements:
