You'll maintain organized inventory, oversee procurement and distribution, and ensure proper management of chemicals, tools, and equipment while supporting branch operations and retail activities. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on oversight to empower technicians, retail staff, and the branch team. Key Responsibilities Manage all branch warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, organization, compliance, and efficiency Maintain inventory for chemicals, tools, equipment, and company vehicles, including inspections, maintenance, and transfers Ensure proper chemical storage , handle spills , and enforce safety protocols Oversee procurement, incoming/outgoing shipments, returns, and warranty processes Conduct monthly and annual inventory counts, maintain accurate stock levels, and rebuild route tools as needed Assist team members in locating parts and supplies, support technicians, and deliver products from distribution centers Maintain organized, compliant, and sanitary workspaces Hire, onboard, train, and manage retail employees to deliver exceptional customer service Communicate effectively with management and internal teams Competencies & Skills Ability to work independently, plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail, follow-through, and dependability Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels Professional, collaborative, and customer-focused demeanor Ability to handle ambiguity with sound judgment, urgency, and initiative Quick learner of new software and mobile applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations management preferred Knowledge of pool/spa equipment, chemicals, construction, plumbing, and electrical supplies preferred Forklift certification may be required, depending on warehouse size Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving history Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report Why This Role Matters You'll be the operational backbone of the branch—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety while empowering your team to deliver exceptional service. General Office Environment :
Noise level in office environment is generally quiet.
Outdoor Service Environment:
Position will be exposed to various work conditions, at a variety of client settings. Indoor conditions may have dust, heat, cold, noise, etc. Outdoor conditions may include exposure to the outdoor elements, seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical Requirements:
If performing office duties: Employee is required to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all office equipment. Employee must view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements are close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employee occasionally will be required to lift, generally no more than 25 pounds.
