YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for food distribution activities and oversee client intake operations. Oversee the unloading, storage, and tracking of food and Gift-in-Kind (GIK) items. Manage daily food packing and distribution for both onsite and mobile pantry services. Partner with churches and community organizations to coordinate and lead mobile pantry distributions, including site scheduling, food preparation and transport, volunteer coordination, and distribution reporting. Train and supervise volunteers and work therapy clients. Complete administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and reporting. Operate warehouse trucks and forklifts as needed to support food distribution programs, including product pick-ups, deliveries, and mobile pantry logistics. You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
Requirements:
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or ministry training preferred. Prior experience in food distribution, warehouse operations, outreach, or volunteer coordination preferred; experience in church or nonprofit settings highly desirable. Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with staff, management, and volunteers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with program databases preferred. Current valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record of 2+ years and ability to qualify for PRM's company insurance policy. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
