Foutz Motorsports Shipping and Packing Lead Foutz Motorsports off-road shop has an immediate position open for a Shipping and Packing Lead. Enjoy a dynamic position in a rapidly growing company serving the off-road community. We manufacture high quality made in the USA products for trucks, sport utility vehicles, and other off-road capable vehicles. To be successful in this role you must pay attention to detail, be intelligent and use common sense. Have the ability to self-start and follow directions. Have experience in order fulfillment and working with customers in the off-road aftermarket industry or truck aftermarket community. Packaging and warehouse skills necessary. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Daily tasks of packaging and shipping products, answering customer phone calls and helping them with questions about orders and or placing orders. Create shipping labels and bill of lading for LTL shipments for US and international shipments Document weights and dimensions for new products getting packaged for the first time. Receive shipments coming into the shop and put materials away for use later Keep track of inventory for shipping supplies and be responsible to re-order items with the team before we run out. Self-starter and hard worker with the ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Know basic shipping and tracking tools (i.e. UPS and FedEx tools). Knowledge of freight and LTL type shipments for US and international Experience with small parcel shipments to all US destinations and processing international packages including appropriate paperwork to clear customs Experience with Shopify websites and order fulfillment Experience with QuickBooks and order fulfilment and invoicing open orders Have experience working in very detailed environment and be able to pay close attention to the details when packing product to ensure quality to customers. Must be open to learn new tasks to advance abilities and to move up in the company. MUST have reliable transportation to get to work

Summary of Experience and Education Must be detail oriented and able to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions. Prior experience in order fulfillment and shipping Must have experience dealing with customer calls and customer support Must have experience with shipping small package and LTL freight in the US and international Must be able to read and write in the English language. Compensation Compensation $22 to $25 per hour DOE with growth possibilities. Hours - normally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Job is full time on location at our main facility in
