This position is responsible for coordinating receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping while providing day-to-day leadership to warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of warehouse workflow. This role may also require travel and extended hours when operational or job-site issues require additional support. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow. Supervise warehouse associates and provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support. Monitor employee productivity, work quality, and adherence to established procedures. Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly organized and stored. Coordinate the preparation and movement of materials needed for job sites and field operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Enforce company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Assist with operational or job-site issues when additional support is required. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, field teams, supervisors, and management. Support continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work an 8+ hour shift beginning at 6:00 AM , with the standard schedule typically ending at 2:00 PM . Flexibility to work beyond the scheduled shift when job-site or operational issues require assistance. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials throughout the workday. Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. Willing and able to travel as required, including occasional overnight stays before returning to the office. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Experience Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, inventory, or related experience required. Previous experience in a Lead, Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role preferred. Experience coordinating warehouse workflow and supporting team members. Familiarity with receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to changing operational needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
