Responsibilities include preparing orders, picking and sorting materials, packing products for shipment, weighing boxes, printing shipping labels, and supporting both print fulfillment and warehouse shipping workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in operations, logistics, and fulfillment in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Review and print incoming sign and fulfillment orders daily
Prioritize orders based on closest ship date to ensure on-time shipment
Pick, sort, and stage orders for fulfillment in an organized workflow
Prepare sign orders according to product type
Ship photo signs and 18x24 signs as required
Open standard signs and attach Smart Tap readers to the front and back when needed
Assemble boxes and package items using foam and protective materials
Insert protective material between multiple signs to prevent rubbing or damage
Weigh completed packages and record shipment weight accurately
Enter shipment information into UPS WorldShip and print shipping labels
Label all outgoing packages accurately and prepare them for UPS pickup before 3:30 PM
Support warehouse fulfillment operations including order prepping, packing, shipment staging, and general inventory/material handling
Maintain clean, organized packing and shipping work areas
Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate, secure, and shipment-ready
Communicate issues with orders, materials, or shipment timing to management as needed Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; community college students or recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment environment
Comfortable lifting, moving, and packaging shipping materials and boxes
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipment systems such as UPS WorldShip
Reliable attendance and ability to meet daily shipping deadlines
