DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on IT asset management, inventory control, and logistics execution. This role ensures the accurate tracking, lifecycle management, and safeguarding of all company and client-owned assets, while maintaining an organized, efficient, and compliant warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment Coordinate workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff to meet operational deadlines Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Asset Management (Core Focus) Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management (procurement intake ? inventory ? deployment ? return ? disposal) Maintain accurate asset tracking systems, tagging, and documentation Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of physical vs. system inventory Manage RMA, break/fix, and redeployment workflows Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure proper imaging, configuration, and deployment of devices Safeguard all assets and ensure compliance with company and client Inventory & Reporting Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs for equipment and consumables Generate and maintain inventory reports, asset logs, and tracking dashboards Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions Logistics & Field Support Coordinate deliveries and pickups of equipment to/from customer sites Operate company vehicles for transport of assets (as needed) Support onsite/offsite deployment activities when required Team Leadership Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel Provide training on asset handling, systems, and processes Promote accountability, organization, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse operations or supervisory experience Proven experience in IT asset management and inventory control Experience managing asset tracking systems and lifecycle processe Ability to operate warehouse equipment (electric straddle stacker) Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic systems (inventory tools, Excel, ticketing systems) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting IT hardware deployment (laptops, mobile devices, etc.) Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar asset/ticketing platforms Prior experience in a managed services or technology environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and more with assistance Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Ability to work in warehouse conditions and tight spaces
