POSITION SUMMARY
The MSTC Warehouse Coordinator, under the direction of the MSTC Manager will accurately receive deliveries and maintain all par levels of all items in the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Verifies specifications of purchase requests and obtains purchase approval. Prepare, tracks and files completed purchase orders. Assists and serves as backup in receiving for the MSTC. For all received goods, must compare, and confirm prices, specifications, and delivery dates to purchase orders, notifies and resolves any shipping discrepancies or errors with suppliers. Assists and serves as back up in expediting delivery of purchases to end user or department. Inform MSTC Management of any defective or unacceptable goods. Review all purchase orders to establish budgets and invoices. Complies with the Cahuilla Casino policy and standard operating procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to communicate with computer and management professionals. Must possess the ability to interact with the public and fellow employees. Ability to inform and communicate orally and in writing in diverse and challenging situations in order to address problems and relate established goals and objectives . High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred 2-3 years of hands-on Purchasing and Receiving work experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and understand simple instructions. Ability to write clearly and concisely. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers with active listening and clear understanding. Bilingual (preferred but not required).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Ability to obtain and maintain a Cahuilla Gaming License and submit to random drug/and or alcohol testing. Ability to obtain a California Driver's License. Ability to complete necessary Casino Essentials courses to carry out the job responsibilities. Ability to provide Food Handler's Card

The employee is required to comply with some warehouse operations safety topics which may include material storage and disposal, safe lifting procedure, use of proper PPE equipment and general equipment and office safety rules. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is exposed to outdoor weather conditions and required to move about the Casino floor and be exposed to a non-smoke free environment. Cahuilla Casino is committed to a drug and alcohol free workplace. Any job offer is conditional upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and must qualify for a Cahuilla Gaming License. If none of the applicants should meet the stated qualifications, applicants whose education and experience are less than the stated requirements, may be interviewed and hired provided the hiring Manager submits a formal written training plan within (30) thirty days which can be completed within a "reasonable time" agreed upon by the Hiring Manager and the applicant.
