Warehouse Operation Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Coordinator to lead and optimize our warehouse and logistics activities. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate supply chain processes, and ensure seamless inventory management. Responsibilities Responsible for on-site warehouse operations coordination on the U.S. West Coast, primarily liaising with customs brokers, warehouses, and front-end business teams. Oversee key processes including inbound receiving, outbound shipments, inspections, and exception handling to ensure smooth operational flow. Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate documentation review, track customs clearance progress, and manage exception reporting. Work closely with warehouses to ensure proper receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, on-site issue resolution, and billing reconciliation. Collaborate with front-end business teams to provide timely updates on inventory status, shipments, and exceptions, improving overall fulfillment efficiency. Experience Prior experience in warehousing, cross-border trade, or supply chain operations. Familiar with overseas warehouse operations, customs clearance coordination, and order fulfillment processes. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese. Able to effectively coordinate with local warehouses, customs brokers, and domestic teams. Strong communication and coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving ability, and a high sense of responsibility. Able to adapt to the working pace in the U.S. West Coast. Experience in U.S.-based warehousing, cross-border logistics, or customs clearance coordination is preferred.

Pay:

$5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
