Process Lead (#c0c0) On behalf of Next Deavor Carson, CA Job Details Full-time $22.55 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Project team coordination Food service health code compliance Team supervision Warehouse management experience Warehouse management system English Incident Escalation Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Quality performance measurement Distribution center supervision experience Production monitoring Physical safety enforcement Managing teams as a warehouse supervisor Escalation handling Process management Full Job Description Become a Key Player as a Process Lead You will drive daily operations on the distribution floor to meet productivity and quality targets, partnering with area managers and frontline associates. This onsite role works Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM (with possible overtime before/after shift) and is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you'll influence throughput, safety, and team performance. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Coordinate daily workload and assign associates to tasks and teams Monitor productivity and quality metrics through the labor management system and redirect labor as needed Partner with area managers on attendance, behavior, and performance concerns Reinforce safety, PPE, and site protocol standards each shift Train and coach associates on process and equipment standards Operate equipment to cover the floor as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior warehouse lead or working-supervisor experience in a metric-driven operation Strong proficiency with labor management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to hold peers accountable and escalate appropriately Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a written equipment assessment before starting and a hands-on certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Compliance with site requirements (reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, adherence to food-safety standards) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred) Pay Range $22.55/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
