ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to: Audit all freight bills and input them into the system. Cycle Inventory. Reconcile all inventory. Freight quotes, claims. Process UPS, complete end of day. Schedule returns. Route & schedule trucks for shipments.

EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS 3

years shipping experience Forklift Experience. Previous experience with international shipping requirements and knowledge Excellent communication skills to read, write, understand and discuss (in English) Intermediate to advanced math skills required. Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends. Proficient in Excel Be able to use monarch to extract information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Frequent:

Balance, climb, crouch, and depth perception, handle, hear, kneel, manual dexterity, lift 15-50 lbs., reach, speak, stand, and stoop. Use personal protective equipment.
