Compensation:

$28.00+/hr (Depending on Experience).

The Role:

As our Supervisor, you are the bridge between strategy and execution.

You will be responsible for:

Team Leadership:

Oversee daily outbound workflows (picking, packing, loading, shipping) and conduct pre-shift meetings to align the team.

Operations Management:

Manage labor hours, prepare schedules, and monitor productivity to ensure we stay on budget and on time.

Continuous Improvement:

Review productivity reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

Compliance & Safety:

Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct accident investigations, and ensure the facility meets all sanitation and safety standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner with inventory control and transportation departments to ensure seamless delivery schedules. What You Bring to the

Table:

Experience:

3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics, with proven experience in a Supervisory or Team Lead role.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of 3PL workflows and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Communication:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively lead our diverse team.

Problem Solver:

Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real-time.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime and weekend availability required as needed).
